University of Maryland, Baltimore County offers 42 majors and 41 minors subjects, as well as 17 certificate programs. The courses span the arts, engineering and information technology, sciences, humanities, pre-professional studies and social sciences.
On the other side, there are offers 37 master’s degree programs, 24 doctoral degree programs and 21 graduate certificate programs in various fields including education, engineering, emergency health services, imaging and digital arts, information technology, aging services, life sciences, psychology, public policy and so on.
In fall 2012, there are 10953 undergraduate students and 2684 graduate students. There are 482 full-time faculties and 258 part-time faculties. In addition, there are more than 400 student-athletes compete in 19 NCAA Division I sports.

Baltimore-Washington International Airport is only five minutes away. Bus service is available from downtown Baltimore. AMTRAK and MARC commuter trains serve the nearby BWI Rail Station.
